Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist with Personal Touch Home Care, you'll assess and evaluate the therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status of patients in their home environment. Responsibilities include participating in the development of comprehensive care plans, evaluating rehabilitation goals, and instructing patients and caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances. Qualifications include being licensed as a physical therapist and holding a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. One year of appropriate experience as a physical therapist is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state
- Possesses a degree from an approved baccalaureate or master’s program in physical therapy

- Home health experience preferred
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills
