Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient physical functioning and establish treatment plans with physician input. Deliver prescribed therapies and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants while instructing patients on home exercise programs. Document all services and report pertinent functional changes to the care team. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with all state, federal, and agency policies. Provide Agency with required licensing verification for assigned cases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited PT program by the council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association
- Licensed/registered in the State of Texas as Physical Therapist
- Minimum of one-year current experience as Physical Therapist
- Currently licensed in the State of Texas
- At least one year of experience under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist
- Valid state driver's license
- Proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits
