Job Summary
Physical Therapist — Home Health for Lincoln County community-based care. Delivers objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under supervision. Provides direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, with general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Full-time, day shift (Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30p) with no weekends; autonomous, community-based home health care focused on a personal touch and era of Mercy service standards. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice
- Current state license
- BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license
