Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered services. Conduct evaluations, develop care plans with specific goals, and supervise assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality care. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to program development strategies to grow the physical therapy program. Requires a current Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items and ambulate patients. Located at Intermountain Health Home Services in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
