Job Summary
Conduct home-based evaluations, assessments, and treatment for patients as a Per-Diem Physical Therapist. Deliver patient-centered care while maintaining excellent communication and written skills. Maintain Florida State PT licensure, CPR certification, and malpractice insurance. Complete recent physical exams and document services with strong attention to detail. Requires one year of home health PT experience and three years of total PT experience. Flexible schedule available with competitive compensation.
