Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Health in Saint Johns, OH – Full Time role with Inter im HealthCare. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with physical disability or mobility limitations in a home care setting, establishing and administering treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility, educating patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote health and independence, and collaborating with other providers to achieve optimal outcomes. Requirements include an active PT license in the state, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation to care sites, and at least 1 year of PT experience in home health or similar settings.
