Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) in Home Health provides evaluation and treatment in a home care setting, establishes treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment, educates patients and families, and collaborates with other providers to achieve optimal outcomes. Requires active PT license in the state of employment, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and at least one year of PT experience in home health or similar settings. Flexible scheduling includes FT, PT, and PRN; company car provided.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Current unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of employment
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- One (1) year of professional PT experience in a home health or similar setting
