Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) in Home Health role: provide evaluation and treatment for patients with mobility impairments in home care, establish and administer treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility and reduce pain, educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and safety, and collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requires unrestricted PT license in the state, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation to care sites, and 1 year of PT experience in a home health or similar setting. Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a home health or similar setting
