Job Summary
Provide in-home physical therapy services: evaluate and treat patients with physical disability or reduced mobility in home health, develop and administer treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy and equipment to reduce pain and improve mobility, educate patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote health and independent living, and collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- One year of professional PT experience in a home health or similar setting
