Job Summary
Provide in-home physical therapy evaluation and treatment using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment; develop and administer a treatment plan to manage pain and increase mobility; educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care and activities; collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal outcomes; position includes company car; licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice and CPR/BLS/First Aid certification required; at least one year of PT experience in home health or similar setting; reliable transportation to care sites; Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- One year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a home health or similar setting
