Job Summary
Full-time Physical Therapist for Home Health at Frederick Health Home Care in Frederick, MD. Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services with a focus on one-on-one patient care in a diverse caseload (orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and more). Accurately document care using a web-based EMR, educate patients and families on treatment plans, and meet clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment with autonomy and flexibility in managing your day and patient care. Qualifications include a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, Maryland licensure (or eligibility), BLS certification, EMR proficiency, and 1+ year of Home Health experience (inpatient or skilled nursing experience also considered). Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) in Maryland
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
