Job Summary
The Physical Therapist I is tasked with establishing quality patient care, supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Techs, and formulating treatment plans through evaluations. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, addressing the needs of pediatric to geriatric patients, and adhering to licensure and professional standards. Effective communication and maintaining a safe environment are vital. This role requires demonstrated competence in various therapeutic techniques and equipment, daily supervision responsibilities, and participation in meetings for policy development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed in the state of Arizona.
- CPR/BLS certification (within 30 days of hire).
- ACLS certification.
