Job Summary
Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift with an 8-hour schedule. Adventist Health operates 440 sites of care across the West Coast and Hawaii, offering personalized in-home care and hospice services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 yrs of age or older
- Physical Therapist (PT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR)
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
