Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while planning individualized care and discharge plans. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish treatment protocols, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure all clinical documentation is comprehensive and accurate within established deadlines. Operate as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Requires Physical Therapy licensure, Master's degree preferred, and valid driver's license. Full-time day shift with 8-hour coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 yrs of age or older
- Physical Therapist (PT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
