Job Summary
Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Deliver comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires Physical Therapy licensure, Master's degree preferred, and full-time day shift coverage. Adventist Health operates 440 sites across the West Coast, Hawaii, and rural/urban communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 yrs of age or older
- Physical Therapist (PT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
