Job Summary
Plan and conduct treatment segments to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Ensure comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation is completed within established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 yrs of age or older
- Physical Therapist (PT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR)
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
