Job Summary
Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain a valid driver's license and hold required Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice. Full-time position located in Guinda, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Age of at least 21 years or older
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
