Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Submit comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time position at Adventist Health Mendocino County in Fort Bragg.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
