Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete patient evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and ensure accurate clinical documentation is submitted within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time position at Adventist Health Mendocino County in Fort Bragg.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Age of at least 21 years or older
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
