Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time position at Adventist Health Mendocino County in Fort Bragg.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
