Job Summary
Conduct therapy interventions and establish individualized treatment plans for patients while completing evaluations to ensure quality standards. Provide care and discharge plans, ensuring communication with appropriate parties, and perform comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and address assessment areas requiring attention. Requires DPT degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Full-time position in Fort Bragg.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Age of at least 21 years
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
