Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Provide comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice and hold a valid driver's license. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and CPR or BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Age of at least 21 years or older
- Required vaccinations as a condition of employment
