Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy interventions using appropriate protocols to restore and improve patient functions while establishing individualized treatment and discharge plans. Complete comprehensive clinical evaluations, ensure quality standards, and perform accurate documentation within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure and CPR certification as required. Full-time position in Fort Bragg with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
