Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups while supervising assigned assistants. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines to ensure quality standards. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice and hold valid CPR or BLS certification. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a valid driver's license for work in Fort Bragg.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations
