Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Ensure comprehensive clinical documentation is completed accurately within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain required Physical Therapy licensure in Washington and Oregon, along with CPR certification and a valid driver's license. Join Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, a 49-bed hospital and home health provider serving the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations
