Job Summary
We’re seeking a team-based Physical Therapist to manage and deliver patient care plans for home health patients in Millersburg, Belle Vernon, Williamsport, Chambersburg, and Shippensburg, PA. The role requires a PA-licensed PT (bachelor’s or master’s in physical therapy), 1+ years of healthcare experience, EMR proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel locally (~20% of the day). The position follows a full-time schedule (M-F 8am-5pm) with occasional weekends and holidays, and offers flexible scheduling, technology tools to reduce charting time, DailyPay, and employee/family-focused benefits. The PT collaborates with a care-team and participates in onboarding and mentorship programs, utilizing tablets and smartphones and EMR software to manage patient care plans and meet charting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- 1+ years healthcare experience
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license
- Experience with EMR software (Electronic Medical Records)
- Ability to drive ~20% of your day to patient locations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Demonstrated ability to meet charting deadlines
