Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) to join BAYADA Home Health Care's Oahu Visits team. The PT will evaluate clients in home health settings, develop and revise individualized treatment plans, perform diagnostic mobility and impairment assessments, implement interventions (manual therapy, gait/balance training, wound care when applicable), educate clients and families, document care using EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enable clients to remain at home. Location-based roles include field visits to Ewa Beach, Kapolei, and Waianae with full- or part-time schedules and competitive compensation; benefits include health coverage, PTO, mileage reimbursement, life insurance, EAP, and PSLF eligibility for qualifying employees. Qualifications also emphasize a Hawaii PT license and program accreditation recognized by APTA/CAHEA; strong computer skills and EMR experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Hawaii
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
