Job Summary
Home health Physical Therapist role performing in-home visits for adult and geriatric patients across Dover, Magnolia, and Camden, DE. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, joint range of motion, transfer status, gait, strength, balance, safety), implementing wound care and protective interventions, creating and updating individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait/balance training, educating clients and families, and documenting care using EMR/touchpad technology. Requires current DE PT license and education program completion; offers $12k sign-on for full-time and $5k for part-time, with annual earnings in the $112k-$118k range depending on qualifications and negotiation; opportunities for training, career advancement, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A current DE Physical Therapist - PT license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
