Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) to join BAYADA Home Health Care in the Oahu Visits home-health setting. Provide skilled PT services in clients' homes, develop and implement individualized care plans, perform diagnostic mobility/strength assessments, gait and balance training, wound prevention and care interventions, maintain thorough documentation, and educate clients and families. Role involves working with a multidisciplinary team, using EMR, and delivering compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation to help clients remain at home. Locations include Ewa Beach, Kapolei, and Waianae. Type options include Full-Time or Part-Time with competitive pay and benefits, plus opportunities like retention bonuses and PSLF eligibility. Must hold Hawaii PT license and graduate from an APTA-approved program.
Required Qualifications
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Hawaii
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
