Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in East Tucson, performing diagnostic tests for mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments. Implement integumentary protective interventions and develop individualized care plans including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions. Continually assess and revise care plans while collaborating with nursing staff, and educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and independent living strategies. Accurately document all observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet. Requires a current Arizona Physical Therapist license, one year of recent clinical experience, and graduation from an accredited program. Required Qualifications
- One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist - PT license
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist - PT
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
