Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assessments and formulate tailored treatment programs for patients in their homes. Document patient reactions and condition changes while educating patients and caregivers on therapy programs and medical device usage. Supervise physical therapy assistants and certified nursing assistants as needed. Contribute to team development through detailed reporting and staff meeting participation. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania with a Master's degree, valid state driver's license, and no primary Pediatrics background. Schedule includes Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one weekend and two holidays monthly or annually. Local travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Valid Pennsylvania state driver's license
- Completion of a Master's degree in Physical Therapy
