Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Based in The Dalles, Oregon, at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, a 49-bed hospital and home health provider serving the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
