Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy interventions and complete evaluations to restore patient functions while establishing individualized treatment and discharge plans. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and submitted within established deadlines. Serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups to meet department objectives. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure in all applicable states, and valid driver's license. Full-time role based in The Dalles, Oregon with mandatory vaccinations and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
