Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role based in The Dalles, Oregon, with mandatory vaccinations and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
