Job Summary
Conduct evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Supervise assigned assistants and complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups to restore physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Requires DPT degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
