Job Summary
Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and establish individualized treatment plans for patients using appropriate clinical techniques. Provide therapy interventions per protocols and create discharge plans communicated to appropriate parties. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Ensure comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation is completed within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role based in The Dalles, Oregon, with Adventist Health Columbia Gorge serving the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
