Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy interventions using appropriate protocols to restore and improve patient functions while establishing individualized treatment and discharge plans. Complete comprehensive clinical evaluations, documentation within established deadlines, and supervise assigned assistants. Serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups to meet department objectives. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time role based in The Dalles, Oregon, with mandatory vaccinations and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
