Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, supervise assigned assistants, and complete all required assessments within established deadlines. Maintain valid Physical Therapy licensure in applicable states, CPR/BLS certification, and a driver's license. This role is based in The Dalles, Oregon, with Adventist Health Columbia Gorge since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
