Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines, and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time position in The Dalles, Oregon, with on-call rotation. Adventist Health Columbia Gorge has served the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
