Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy treatment programs and perform evaluations to ensure quality standards for patients. Establish individualized treatment and discharge plans while supervising assigned assistants. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups to meet department objectives. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
