Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Provide comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain active licensure in Washington and Oregon, hold a valid driver's license, and complete required CPR/BLS certifications. Work in a 49-bed hospital and home health setting serving the Columbia River Gorge community.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- At least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- Washington-Physical Therapist (WA-PT)
- OR-PT
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
