Job Summary
Provide person-centered physical therapy for residents at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living, implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths, preferences, and routines. Deliver a holistic approach supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident care throughout their continuum. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements, including OASIS, and ensure compliance with current Medicare and Maryland State Physical Therapy license standards. Prior home care physical therapy experience is required, with therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- Must possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy license
- Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie: OASIS , etc.)
- Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
