Job Summary
Provide person-centered physical therapy to residents at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living, implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths, preferences, and routines. Support the interdisciplinary clinical team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while ensuring documentation meets Medicare, state, and OASIS reimbursement requirements. Prioritize previous home care physical therapy experience and therapeutic work with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups. This role is available as PRN within our certified home health team, allowing residents to receive care without travel. Candidates must hold a current Maryland State Physical Therapy license and meet Medicare requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- Must possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy license
- Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie: OASIS , etc.)
- Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
