Job Summary
Physical Therapist – Home Care position based in Tampa, FL serving Aston Gardens Tampa Bay campus. Primary duties include delivering physical therapy services in assisted and independent living communities with some home visits, managing a geriatric patient population under Medicare Part A Home Health and some Part B, and coordinating caseloads with flexible scheduling. Full-time is preferred with 40 hours per week; part-time and PRN options available. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and FL state licensure, valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. New graduates will be mentored. Sponsorship is open for candidates needing work authorization. Compensation ranges from $42 to $62 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a schedule typically Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–6:00 pm, with weekend shifts optional. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Doctor of Physical Therapy program or equivalent standing
- State license as a Physical Therapist (FL)
- Eligible for FL state licensure
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in home health preferred but not required
- Mentoring for new graduates available
- Sponsorship open for those requiring work authorization in the United States
