Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for Home Care in Naples, FL. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy and state license. Full-time preferred, with part-time and PRN options. Caseload in assisted and independent living communities, primarily geriatric, with Medicare Part A Home Health and some Part B cases. Eligible for sponsorship to work in the United States. Competitive hourly pay $42-$62 with benefits including health/dental/vision, life, disability, PTO, holidays, 401k with match, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education units. Schedule is flexible within Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with weekend shifts optional. Mentoring available for new grads and potential home visits.
Required Qualifications
- License as a Physical Therapist in FL or eligibility to licensure
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Eligible for FL state licensure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- New grad PTs welcome with mentoring
