Physical Therapist - Home Care - License Required

Physical Therapist needed for Home Care in Fort Myers, FL to serve assisted living and independent living communities, with some home visits. Caseload is primarily geriatric, with Medicare Part A Home Health and some Part B cases. Full-time preferred (40 hours/week) with part-time and PRN considered. Requires state licensure as a Physical Therapist and Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent), plus valid driver’s license and CPR certification. New graduates will be mentored. Open to sponsorship to work in the United States.
