Job Summary
Physical Therapist for Home Care in Sarasota Bay, FL. Responsibilities include serving residents in assisted and independent living communities with some home visits, primarily geriatric patients under Medicare Part A Home Health and Part B. Flexible schedule, with 40 hours per week preferred; part-time and PRN considered. Opportunities to mentor new grads and provide patient-focused therapy across community-based settings. Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and FL state licensure; open to sponsorship for US work authorization. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- State license as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Open to candidates who require sponsorship to work in the United States
- New grad PTs will be supported and mentored
- Background screening per Florida AHCA requirements (Level 2) with fingerprinting
