Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients while communicating with clients and team members, maintaining documentation in medical records. Conduct ongoing in-services and training on restorative techniques for patients, clients, and staff. Supervise therapist assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to carry out plans of care per state practice acts and reimbursement regulations. Complete all duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies. Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect, protecting their rights and property.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
