Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for outpatient setting in St. George, UT. Drive evidence-based care across promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment intervention and rehabilitation. Responsibilities include identifying patient goals, designing cost-effective treatment plans, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, documenting care, and promoting functional movement through strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Must hold Utah PT license and a graduate degree in physical therapy; prior clinical experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal communication and professional behavior required to collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Utah
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
