Job Summary
Conduct skilled physical therapy interventions for patients with physical functioning disorders in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities. Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical treatments while providing consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards. This role offers a sign-on bonus, competitive pay ranging from $48-$60 depending on experience, and comprehensive benefits including 401k, PTO, and medical/dental/vision coverage. We provide free CEUs through CEU360, licensure reimbursement after one year, and a mentorship program with paid specialty certification opportunities.
Required Qualifications
